At Tax First Accounting, we aim to provide high-quality professional services in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Our services are professional and time-based in nature. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, the fees paid for such services are generally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by the client

Payment made for a service that was not initiated

Technical or system error resulting in an incorrect charge
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof of payment.
Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases:

If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the client

If delay or rejection occurs due to non-cooperation from the client

If services have already been completed or substantially performed

Change of mind after service initiation

Failure to provide required documents within the stipulated time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be credited through the original mode of payment used by the client.
Clients may request cancellation of a service before it is initiated. Once the service has begun, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund.
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised through banks or payment gateways without first contacting Tax First Accounting may result in suspension of future services.
Transaction charges, gateway fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
Tax First Accounting reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
